A free call is a sales call. This is the work itself, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not we work together again. Scope and fee are confirmed by email before anything is scheduled, and if your question isn’t a fit, we say so then.
No. V&DG is administrative, operational and governance work only. We do not access patient data or EHRs, we do not sign a BAA, and we ask that you never send PHI.
As soon as we confirm fit by email. There is no software to install, no integration and no data access to arrange, so nothing has to go through IT before the session.
